這是雅智在香港的其中一項核心業務：專門協助律師事務所處理會計、審計及稅務，並按律師會要求管理客戶賬、辦公室賬及日常行政。
A core part of the practice is work for law firms: accounting, audit and tax, and the day-to-day running of client and office accounts to Law Society requirements.
Advisory
協助新所準備監控會計師要求的 15 種文件。通常會在律師事務所執業開始後 4 至 6 個月拜訪。自 2014 年起處理超過 35 宗首次例行檢查；2024 年至今協助 16 間新成立律師行，並處理過 2 間事務所的突擊檢查及提問。
We help new firms prepare the 15 types of documents monitoring accountants typically require, usually visiting 4 to 6 months after practice begins. More than 35 first routine inspections since 2014; 16 newly established firms since 2024; and two surprise inspections with follow-up questions.
處理香港律師會就律師事務所提出的書面投訴。我們可以分析情況、提供建議及指導，並起草給律師會的回信。
We handle written complaints raised by the Law Society against a firm: analysis, advice, and drafting of the reply.
2025 年 9 月成功處理第一宗外地律師事務所在香港律師會的註冊。現已有其他國內律師事務所委託我們辦理註冊。
In September 2025 we completed the first foreign law firm registration with the Law Society of Hong Kong. Other domestic firms have since instructed us on registration.
向香港律師會申請聯營，是外地律師事務所在香港深化業務的其中一種做法；申請本地化則可將香港分所轉為香港律師事務所。雅智可以協助規劃。合夥人謝偉豪先生在任期間，曾成功協助中資背景境外律師事務所本地化成為香港律師事務所。
Association with a Hong Kong firm is one way for an overseas practice to deepen its Hong Kong work; localisation converts a Hong Kong office into a Hong Kong law firm. We can plan either route. Partner Newton Tse has previously taken a PRC-backed overseas firm through localisation.
處理律師事務所與香港律師會及 ESSAR 的合規事宜，例如 LP-4、FP-4、律師執業證書更新、每年一月份的僱員報告，以及 ESSAR 專業彌償保險續保及其季度申報。
We handle compliance with the Law Society and ESSAR, including LP-4, FP-4, practising certificate renewals, the January employee return, and ESSAR professional indemnity renewal and quarterly filings.
月結記帳、客戶賬與辦公室賬、Gross Fee Income Report、Accountant's Report，以及個人或合夥／有限法律責任合夥的報稅。
