Partners
四位合夥人均為香港會計師公會會員，曾在大型國際會計師事務所、香港律師事務所及中國律師事務所擔任高階職位。
All four partners are HKICPA members, with senior experience at international CPA firms, Hong Kong law firms and PRC law firms.
畢業於香港理工大學。曾在包括國際會計師事務所工作超過十年，擔任審計管理工作；其後於交易市場掛牌公司擔任財務經理。在雅智主要負責律師事務所及中小企有限公司的審計工作。
A graduate of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. More than ten years in audit management at international CPA firms, then finance manager at a listed company. At Achieve he leads audits of law firms and SME limited companies.
畢業於香港科技大學。曾在大型國際會計師事務所工作，其後於國家相關機構及慈善團體進行內部審計。在雅智主要負責政府基金及中小企有限公司的審計工作。
A graduate of The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Experience at a large international CPA firm, then internal audit at state-related bodies and charities. At Achieve she leads audits of government funds and SME limited companies.
畢業於香港城市大學。於大型國際會計師事務所任審計經理超過十年，負責中國、歐美及本地客戶。曾任外國上市公司財務經理，具合併報表、財務分析、年度預算、資產和存貨盤點、轉股買賣等經驗。在雅智主要負責業主立案法團、政府基金及中小企有限公司的審計工作。
A graduate of City University of Hong Kong. More than ten years as audit manager at a large international CPA firm, covering PRC, European, US and local clients. Later finance manager of a foreign listed company, with experience in consolidations, analysis, budgeting, stocktakes and share transfers. At Achieve she leads audits of owners’ corporations, government funds and SMEs.
畢業於香港城市大學。曾在大型國際會計師事務所工作，其後從事律師事務所高管工作超過十二年，熟悉香港律師事務所整體運作，並曾協助中資背景境外律師事務所本地化成為香港律師事務所。在雅智主要負責客戶溝通，處理會計、稅務、公司秘書，以及所有與律師事務所有關的服務。
A graduate of City University of Hong Kong. After an international CPA firm, more than 12 years in senior management at law firms. He knows how a Hong Kong practice runs, and has taken a PRC-backed overseas firm through localisation. At Achieve he covers client relationships, accounting, tax, company secretarial work, and the law-firm practice.
